Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Hermes Maxim is a private AI assistant used only by its owner, Maxim Dongur-ool. This policy explains how it handles Google user data.

Data accessed

Only the owner's own Google account, and only the scopes he grants: Gmail (read, modify, send) and Google Calendar.

How the data is used

Messages and events are read to answer the owner's own requests, such as summarizing unread mail or listing upcoming meetings. Email is sent and calendar events are created or changed only after the owner explicitly confirms each action.

Storage and sharing

The OAuth token is stored on a private server controlled by the owner. Google user data is not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising. Content is passed to the AI model provider only as needed to answer the owner's request.

The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
